Recommend it for groups looking for a budget stay
Complimentary tea always available which is great for adjusting to the altitude. The staff really made a difference, friendly and helpful, they went out of their way for us, especially Luc who helped find us a proper room when we had issues with the first one.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable considering the location.

Inconsistent internet and poor breakfast options.

missingWrote a review on Nov 10lackluster breakfast
The breakfast experience is lackluster, featuring only basic options without any hot food available. Allocating only two towels for four people was a puzzling decision, and issues with room temperature made for an uncomfortable stay, especially during cold nights. A lack of adequate ventilation in the rooms contributed to a musty odor, while the shower cabin design spilled water onto the bathroom floor. Connectivity is spotty, with reliable internet only available in certain areas, like the reception.

8/10
Yo, this spot had a chill vibe. Staff went above and beyond, makin’ sure we were comfy. The views from our room were incredible, but they really need to sort out the breakfast situation. it was kinda lackin’. Weirdly cold in the breakfast area too. Still, can’t beat that location, really close to the sights.

Just a reliable pick for a brief stopover in Cusco with good price-quality ratio. Showers were a bit tricky, but they did have hot water when we needed it. If you're hiking, ask for extra towels upfront to avoid extra charges later.

The location makes it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding area on foot. The beds offered exceptional comfort, ensuring a good night's rest, and the delicious baked chocolate cakes at breakfast were a highlight. However, the breakfast area became overcrowded during busy hours, and the shower had some issues with water flow, which detracted a bit from the experience. Additionally, the internet connection was inconsistent throughout my stay.

Amazing location near key sights! Breakfast had a solid variety, and the staff were super helpful with local tips. Room was kept really tidy, which I appreciated!
Could improve the breakfast area layout, as it got crowded during peak hours.

The hotel had a fantastic central location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and historical sites. I loved that we could enjoy family-friendly amenities and even bring our pet along. The staff was genuine and made us feel very welcomed during our stay.
My kids wished there were more towel options available on arrival.
